Returns & Exchanges

Because much of our stock comes through in limited runs — many pieces are one-of-a-kind — all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange an item within 14 days of delivery or pickup if:

• It is unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached, and
• An exchange item of equal value is available in our current stock.

To arrange an exchange, reach out through our Contact page with your order number. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items; local pickup and drop-off exchanges are free.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
